We ask for what an order needs, and nothing else. There is no analytics on this site, no advertising pixel, and nothing at all is loaded from another company’s servers.
Who we are
Coccone is a shop run by YATAJI HOLDINGS LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. Write to us at contact@coccone.com.
What we ask for, and why
- To send you a bag — your name, delivery address, email and phone number. The carrier needs the address; we need the email to tell you it has been sent.
- To take payment — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers go straight to Stripe and never reach this site. We are told whether the payment succeeded and the last four digits, and that is all we keep.
- When you write to us — whatever you put in the message, and the address we reply to.
- When you join the waitlist — your email address. Nothing else.
- Automatically — our host keeps ordinary server logs: IP address, browser, and which pages were asked for. They are for security and for finding faults.
What we do not do
We do not run analytics. There is no advertising or remarketing pixel. Nothing on this site — no font, no script, no image — is loaded from another company’s servers, so no third party sees you visiting. We do not sell, rent or trade anything you give us.
Who else sees it
- Stripe, to take the payment.
- The carrier, to deliver the parcel — the address and your name.
- Hostinger, who host this site and therefore hold what is on it.
- Anyone we are legally required to tell.
How long we keep it
- Orders — as long as tax and accounting law requires us to.
- Enquiries — until they are answered, and a reasonable time after in case you write again.
- The waitlist — until you ask to come off it.
What you can ask us for
A copy of what we hold. A correction. Deletion. A portable copy. Or that we stop using it. Write to contact@coccone.com and we will answer.
If you have an account, your name, email, password and addresses are yours to change at any time under Account details and Addresses.
Cookies
