We ask for what an order needs, and nothing else. What is measured here, and whose tools do the measuring, is set out below — and the cookie banner is what decides how much of it happens at all.
Who we are
Coccone is a shop run by YATAJI HOLDINGS LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. Write to us at contact@coccone.com. Registered at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #9258, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States. Our telephone number is +1 757 904 7342.
What we ask for, and why
- To send you a bag — your name, delivery address, email and phone number. The carrier needs the address; we need the email to tell you it has been sent.
- To take payment — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers go straight to Stripe and never reach this site. We are told whether the payment succeeded and the last four digits, and that is all we keep.
- When you write to us — whatever you put in the message, and the address we reply to.
- When you join the waitlist — your email address. Nothing else.
- Automatically — our host keeps ordinary server logs: IP address, browser, and which pages were asked for. They are for security and for finding faults.
What is measured, and by whom
This shop measures how it is used, and it uses other companies’ tools to do it. The banner asks about two groups separately — measurement and advertising — and refusing either is one click, at any time, from Cookie settings at the foot of every page.
- Google Analytics 4 — how many people come, which bags they look at, what they buy. Until you accept measurement it runs without cookies and without an identifier: it counts the page and forgets you. Measurement.
- Hotjar — records pages, clicks and scrolling, so we can see where the shop confuses people. It is not loaded at all until you accept measurement, and what you type into a form is hidden from the recording. Measurement.
- The Meta pixel and the Conversions API — whether an advert on Facebook or Instagram led to a visit or an order. The API sends the same event from our server, with your email address hashed so that Meta cannot read it back. Advertising.
- The Pinterest tag and the Pinterest API — the same, for Pinterest. Advertising.
- Google Ads — whether a click on one of our adverts ended in an order. Advertising.
- WooCommerce order attribution — the site, or the campaign link, you arrived from, kept with the order. Advertising.
What we do not do: we do not sell, rent or trade anything you give us, we do not send you advertising by email unless you asked for it, and nothing here decides anything about you automatically.
Who else sees it
- Stripe, to take the payment.
- The carrier, to deliver the parcel — the address and your name.
- Hostinger, who host this site and therefore hold what is on it.
- Google, Meta, Pinterest and Hotjar — but only for the groups you accepted, and nothing at all for a group you refused.
- Anyone we are legally required to tell.
How long we keep it
- Orders — as long as tax and accounting law requires us to.
- Enquiries — until they are answered, and a reasonable time after in case you write again.
- The waitlist — until you ask to come off it.
What you can ask us for
A copy of what we hold. A correction. Deletion. A portable copy. Or that we stop using it. Write to contact@coccone.com and we will answer.
If you have an account, your name, email, password and addresses are yours to change at any time under Account details and Addresses.
Cookies
Three groups — necessary, measurement and advertising — and you answer for each one separately. Every cookie in each group is named on the cookie page.
